1. Payments

Same-Day Payment Required: All payments must be completed on the same day the order is placed.
No Holds Without Payment: Merchandise will not be reserved without confirmed payment.

Important: Merchandise cannot be held overnight or beyond the payment day.

Bank Transfers: Orders paid via bank transfer will only be processed and released once the payment has cleared. Please check with your bank for processing times.

Order in Advance:
- For specific delivery dates, place your order ahead of time.
- Payments must be finalized at least one day before the requested delivery date.
Required Delivery Information:
Provide the following details at the time of your order:
- Complete shipping address.
- Delivery time preferences.
- Whether the box should be sealed or opened.
- Marking instructions for sealed boxes (e.g., a code, keyword, or name).
- Whether you require an invoice.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to traffic, workload, distance, or driver availability.
